However, upon arrival, we encountered some issues with cleanliness in our room, such as stained sheets and hair in the shower. Staff members were friendly, especially Anna at the front desk, who always greeted us with a smile. However, housekeeping needs major improvements. Our room wasn't cleaned during our entire stay, which lasted 11 nights. I had to ask for towels and received some attitude for those requests. The pull-out couch bed was in terrible shape—far too thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. Parking was a nightmare. the spaces are tiny and poorly designed for larger vehicles. I paid $50 for early check-in despite arriving exhausted after a long drive. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired but the location truly stood out.
